Brief
You send us a written brief — concept, target market, price point, launch deadline. We schedule a 30-minute call within 24 hours to clarify. NDA on file before any creative work begins.
Direction
Our perfumers compose 2–4 directions matching your brief. We send a written rationale for each, plus sample cards and a mood board. You evaluate at your pace.
Packaging
We propose 3 bottle-and-box directions with 3D renders. Standard caps, custom moulds, or stock — your call. Print proofs go to you for sign-off.
Sampling
Hand-finished samples — labelled, boxed, ribbon-wrapped if you wish — ship via DHL. 7–10 days transit to GCC. You evaluate in real conditions.
Production
Pilot batch (1–5% of order) for your final sensory approval. Then full run on our 6 lines under ISO 22716. Lab-tested at 3 stages — incoming materials, in-process, finished goods.
Release
QC release, packing into export cartons, palletised. You choose FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your warehouse. Documents — CoA, COO, IFRA, Halal — travel with the shipment.
Two shipping paths.
We load your container at our warehouse. You nominate your forwarder. Cheaper for full containers; you control the freight quote and the customs broker.
